"Like the mason jars with lids. The order Placed had 2 shattered jars in it. I contacted Y'all sweet tea and received 2 replacement jars, however one of them was shattered. I wrote to Y'all sweet tea again but ha e not received anything back. I even sent a photo of the broken item. Is there any way that the jar can be wrapped so they don't get shattered in shipping. Maybe wrap in bubble wrap!"

I thought all mason jars were going to have the special print design that day for celebrating the 5th year anniversary of Y’all Tea. I was disappointed when I got them and realized this particular mason jars with the handles didn’t have the special print😢 I guess only the regular mason jars got that special print! When I was listening on the Facebook Live I do not recall any details that only the regular ones would have that special edition print on them. I just heard them say if you ordered the mason jars that during that day you would get the special printed anniversary ones. I hate I missed those but we do love the handle mason jars, and we love us some Y’all Tea❣️I’m not sure how the miscommunication happened on the order 😍"

"I purchased these jar and one was broken. I contacted the company by email and they never responded. The jars are not package well at all so please be aware of that. I will not purchase any thing else from them, because of their customer service."
