Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on tea unless there are defects(see below). If you received the wrong product(Tea, Shirt Size, # of products etc.) You MUST submit a photo of the packaging, what is missing from your order or how it should be changed and include your order number. If you receive a broken glass jar due to shipping, you MUST submit a photo of the jar INSIDE the box immediately after realizing it is broken.
Return claims cannot be made outside of our 5-day window from delivery.
Defects (if applicable)
If there is a defect in the product/packaging, please do not consume and immediately email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description and photo of the issue. AT OUR DISCRETION, we will replace any defective products/bags, and ask you to dispose of the bags in discussion once we confirm there is an issue.
If your pack has any busted tea bags, please email email@example.com to claim 1 free replacement. LIMIT 1 replacement per customer and you MUST claim this inside of our 5-day window from delivery. Order # must be in the email to claim the replacement.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
