Refund Policy

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on tea unless there are defects(see below). If you received the wrong product(Tea, Shirt Size, # of products etc.) You MUST submit a photo of the packaging, what is missing from your order or how it should be changed and include your order number. If you receive a broken glass jar due to shipping, you MUST submit a photo of the jar INSIDE the box immediately after realizing it is broken.

Return claims cannot be made outside of our 5-day window from delivery.

Defects (if applicable) 
If there is a defect in the product/packaging, please do not consume and immediately email us at with a description and photo of the issue. AT OUR DISCRETION, we will replace any defective products/bags, and ask you to dispose of the bags in discussion once we confirm there is an issue.


If your pack has any busted tea bags, please email to claim 1 free replacement. LIMIT 1 replacement per customer and you MUST claim this inside of our 5-day window from delivery. Order # must be in the email to claim the replacement.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Luxury Cookware Collection Warranty


**Warranty Terms and Conditions:**


Y’all Southern Brands LLC. provides a 1-year warranty for the Luxury Cookware Collection, specifically covering the inside surface of the pots and pans against defects or scratches. Additionally, this warranty extends to handle integrity issues and ensures that the shape of the pan remains unchanged during the specified period.

This warranty is valid for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

1. **Inside Surface Defects:** Any manufacturing defects or scratches on the inside surface of the cookware.
2. **Handle Integrity:** Assurance against handles detaching or becoming faulty during normal use.
3. **Shape Stability:** Guarantee that the shape of the pan will not deform under normal cooking conditions.

1. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or improper care.
2. Scratches or dents on the exterior surface.
3. Damages caused by high heat beyond the recommended usage.
4. Lids are not covered under this warranty.

**Claim Process:**
1. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service within the warranty period.
2. Provide proof of purchase and details of the issue.
3. Upon verification, Y’all Southern Brands LLC. will repair or replace the defective product at its discretion.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It does not cover incidental or consequential damages.
