**SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION:** The 2023 Y'all Sweet Tea Cyber Monday Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on November 27, 2023, at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on November 29, 2023, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Entry in the Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest, or sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Y'all Southern Brands LLC, 4080 State HWY 160 Hayden, AL 36079, (“Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all respects.
**ELIGIBILITY:** Only legal United States residents residing in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are thirteen (13) years of age or older are eligible to enter. Eligible entrants who are less than the age of majority in their state of primary residence (a ‘minor’) must have a parent/legal guardian’s permission to participate in the Sweepstakes. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and Y'all Sweet Tea, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, and influencers (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) and the immediate family members, and/or those living in the same household of each, are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
**HOW TO ENTER:**
**Y'ALL SWEET TEA PURCHASE:** During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for each Y'all Sweet Tea purchased via YallSweetTea.com, up to a maximum of 1 (1) entries per day.
**NO PURCHASE NECESSARY – MAIL IN:** To enter the Sweepstakes without making a purchase, handprint your complete name, address, city, state, ZIP code, e-mail address, and daytime phone number (including area code) on a 3”x5” card, and mail in a business-size #10 envelope with proper postage affixed to: Y'all Sweet Tea Cyber Monday Sweepstakes, 4080 State HWY 160 Hayden, AL 35079. All Mail-In entries must be postmarked by November 29, 2023, and received by December 1, 2023, to be considered for entry. Each mail-in entry will count as 1 (1) entries into the Sweepstakes. Each request must be mailed separately. No typed, computer printed, mechanically reproduced, photocopied, illegible, or incomplete entries will be accepted, and all such entries will be void.
**WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:** On or about December 4, 2023, one (1) potential prize winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. The potential prize winner will be notified by phone and/or e-mail, using contact information provided or collected at the time of entry. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, such prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected for the applicable prize.
**PRIZE:** One (1) Grand Prize is available. The Grand Prize consists of a YETI COOLER or an Air Fryer.
**GENERAL:** Acceptance of a prize constitutes prize winner’s (and, in the case of a minor winner, such minor winner’s parent/legal guardian on their behalf) permission for Sponsor and its designees to use prize winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements, and address (city and state) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation.
**GOVERNING LAW:** ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF [STATE], WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OR CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE’S LAWS.
**WINNER’S NAME:** The name of the confirmed winner will be posted on Y’all Sweet Tea Official Facebook.
