"I have been waiting for over a year to purchase the Mason jars. I was so excited win I finally caught them available. I purchased them and when I received them one was broken. I contacted the company and no response. I will not do business with a company that doesn't have good customer service. I paid for six jars and that is what I would have liked to received."

"I was so excited to try this product. I have an event in August and wanted to serve peach tea. . . . so having a sweeten product would have been so much easier BUT it was a disappointment when 1. MY MOM was RIGHT and 2. IT WAS NOT SWEET tea until I added sugar. . . . . EPIC FAIL! We made the original flavor according to the directions and it tasted like sugar water. . . . . I had to add lipton tea bags to get it to taste like tea! "A little disappointed in the gallon jug. I think for $25 it could have been acrylic or something that holds up better than standard plastic. My mom loves this tea, I enjoy it. The fact that we CANNOT consistently get the 1/2 gallon regular tea option should make this a 2. I had to buy the decaf option last time to get tea. We are a small hoisehold. We live in the Southwest, tea is not a big thing here. If i make a gallon of tea on Monday by Tuesday morning its bitter. If y’all of advise or options im open."
